It is located in Via Al Pont, 4, 38086 Giustino (TN), about 900 metres from the centre of Giustino, 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Pinzolo and about 13 kilometres from Madonna di Campiglio. In winter, it is easily accessible on skis, thanks to the direct connection with the ski lifts located in Pinzolo.

The chalet is rented exclusively, making the entire property available, including all common areas. Guests can thus manage their stay in complete autonomy, enjoying maximum privacy and freedom, just like at home.

Check-in is from 4 p.m., while check-out must be completed by 10 a.m. However, if the house is already ready and there are no arrivals scheduled for that day, we always do our best to accommodate guests by allowing early check-in.

Pets are welcome, but only if they are accustomed to staying indoors and respecting personal space. This allows us to guarantee comfort and peace of mind for all guests.

The chalet can accommodate up to 21 people and has 8 bedrooms and 8 private bathrooms.

Yes, cots for children aged 0 to 1 year and high chairs are available free of charge upon request.

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.

• A 10-minute walk away is a sports centre with tennis courts, basketball courts, football pitches and a gym.
• Nearby you will find the Dolomiti Adamello Brenta Ski Area, Val Rendena, Adamello Brenta Nature Park and the Caderzone thermal baths.

The property is thoroughly sanitised between stays, following the correct cleaning procedures. Good practices are also adopted for waste management, water and energy consumption, respecting the environment and guest comfort.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards. Payment by American Express card is not accepted.

Conditions vary depending on the type selected: by entering the dates, specific terms regarding cancellation and advance payment will be displayed.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance will be paid directly at the facility, according to the methods indicated above.
